Privacy notice.
This page explains how enquiries, feedback and website interactions are handled.
Contact and enquiry data
If you contact The Rob Adesanya Institute through the website form or by email, your details are used to respond to your enquiry and manage relevant follow-up.
Feedback forms
Delegate feedback may be collected through a separate form. Feedback is reviewed for improvement, proof and testimonial purposes only where permission is given. Public use of feedback remains permission-led and subject to review.
Briefing downloads
If you request a downloadable briefing, your name, email address and any optional organisation details are used to provide the resource and manage relevant follow-up. You will only be added to the Institute newsletter if you separately select the optional newsletter consent box.
Monday Morning Test diagnostic data
The Monday Morning Test scorecard can be completed without providing your name, email address or organisation. Your answers, result, professional perspective and any optional organisation context may be recorded so that the Institute can improve the diagnostic and develop aggregated insights about workplace learning transfer.
Aggregated findings will not identify an individual respondent or organisation without specific permission. The scorecard is a practical organisational diagnostic and is not presented as a validated psychometric instrument. If you separately request the action guide, your contact details are used to provide the resource and manage relevant follow-up. Newsletter consent remains optional and separate.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is handled by the newsletter platform used at the time. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in newsletter emails.
External services
The site may link to services such as Tally, Calendly, Kit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Apple Books, Bookshop and other platforms. Those services have their own privacy policies.
