If the Lab is not suitable for the decision you submit, the Institute will contact you before the session and offer a refund or transfer.

Before you reserve a place
Must I disclose confidential information?
No. Remove names and identifying details. The Lab examines the structure of the decision and your reasoning.
Will Rob tell me what decision to make?
The purpose is to challenge and improve your judgement, not replace it. You remain accountable for the decision.
Is the session recorded?
No participant discussion or case material will be recorded.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. Stripe will issue a payment receipt. An invoice may be requested while places remain available.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than seven days before the Lab, you may transfer or request a refund. Within seven days, you may transfer; a refund is available if your place is filled. If the Institute postpones, you may transfer or receive a full refund.
I cannot attend on a weekday.
